Voucher from some retails has a 24 hours wait time, pretty much needed for the voucher system to sync with PM system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try loading the voucher using My Account, or app or call *611 from your phone.&amp;nbsp; You can also call 1855-4PUBLIC using another phone to load the voucher.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you encounter any issue and the voucher was bought less than 24 hours, wait and try again after 24 hours&lt;/P&gt;</description>
