I bought a data add-on as I was close to my 10 GB limit, on my account is says now that I have 15 GB available. When I hit 10 GB it said I’d maxed out my data via text and my data has been cut off despite the fact that it clearly shows I have 5 more GB available. I just want a refund and can’t figure out who to even ask about this!!!

As I stated it says that I have 5 more GB to use as I purchased it. The Data isn’t working at all, so I can’t use it. Again. As I stated.

I’ve never had a data limit on my phone. Yup, as I said the breakdown clearly says I have another 5 gb to use.

If that fails, try a network reset usually clears up glitches like this.

BTW...did you buy the correct data ad-on for use while in Canada ? I ask because some others bought the US data add-on in error. That's easy to fix if you made similar error.
