    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Yummy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Rogers and we did a preapproval over the phone but they told me I had to contact Public mobile to let them know.&amp;nbsp; I tried going through the chat bot it lined me up to put in a ticket but the ticket wouldn't submit says all the fields had to be completed.&amp;nbsp; All fields had to be completed.&amp;nbsp; How do I send a direct message to Customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday at noon I switched from Rogers to public mobile and requested my number be ported. I received the text to authorize rogers to cancel my account and I typed Yes. About 3 hrs later I received a nsg from another number saying they didn't get my request to authorize rogers that I should&amp;nbsp; type in 1 to resend the request. I texted 1 back. I never received any further texts. My android shows 2 icons on the top rogers/telus so I dont think rogers account was cancelled.&amp;nbsp; I want to make sure my number was ported from rogers and my rogers account is canceled.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to call rogers? Yesterday was boxing day so wondering if that wS the issue being a holiday? Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact Rogers to confirm status of your porting out number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they say it is completed and they do not have your account contact PM support (send a direct message to CS_Agent) for them to verify what the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you put PM SIM into phone and rebooted your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;If you still have Rogers SIM try it to see if you have Rogers service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yummy, I have just sent CS_agent an email.&amp;nbsp; My PM esim is my secondary sim.&amp;nbsp; My primary is still rogers so I am still on the Rogers sim card till the transfer happens.&amp;nbsp; Unless a customer service can help I'm at a loss as the two Telus numbers that were given to me to call were not helpful.&amp;nbsp; One said they couldn't help that it has to be through the second number and that second number as soon as i get close to speaking to an agent it hangs up on me.&amp;nbsp; I even had Telus directly transfer the call for me and was told to hold for a couple of minutes then the call was disconnected.&amp;nbsp; CS-agent is my last attempt at help and if they can't do anything then I cannot continue with public mobile.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
