I tried changing over SIM cards in the app but it will only verify through my phone number, which I can’t receive since my SIM card stopped working.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I click “resend code” and it just resends code to my phone number which I can’t use right now. Can’t switch it to email when using “change sim” in the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Chances there is an outage in your area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should tested the old SIM in another phone and check for outages before purchasing a new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map" target="_self"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
