Wants me to download public mobile but i already have it on my computer for the first account.&amp;nbsp; This phone is for my wife.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will need VoLTE for your phone to make calls so check the IMEI of the old phones to see if it is compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not compatible then you are wasting your time on the old phone for emergencies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might need to bite the bullet and get her a new phone then download the PM app on n the new phone and activate the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Why is that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
