      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried again by using the link which brought me to the same page as before when I click on pay now to resume services it says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even reentered credit card information again to make sure it wasn't a cache issue. What is E911 fees? Is that the Tax? It does add the tax I can see that. If it's not tax what is it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
