I have an issue with calling and texting, some people I can’t call but can text and others I can but can’t text and some people I can’t call or text, looking for a solution.

What phone do you have?

Try Reset Network Settings

Check if your phone is VOLTE ok here

Have you recently ported over to Public Mobile? If so, it might be possible that the porting didn't go through smoothly.
