    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got an iphone 17 that requires an esim for ###-###-####.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased it but don't have access to the old e-mail account i signed up with to get the QR code so I can scan it during the iphone set up. Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPDATE: now the physical SIM on the original phone isnt working and we therefore cannot receive an SMS to log-in to the public mobile app on the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick reply!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already purchased the e-sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The original SIM is now not working. I've no idea why so I cannot receive a voice message. That's the 1st problem. The e-mail is the 2nd problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
