      <title>Porting number taking longer than 5 hours</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Porting from Telus prepaid account. Received confirmation test from Telus and replied with "Yes" to move forward with transferring number. It has now been more than 5 hours. Received email saying Public Mobile service has been activated. New PublicMobile SIM is in the phone and it shows PublicMobile as the mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, still not able to place or receive any calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/629240"&gt;@SunMak&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you cannot even make calls, that is not a porting issue but a problem with sim setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure Telus sim card is removed, or Telus eSIM is disabled.&amp;nbsp; Confirm PM sim card/eSIM is the only one enabled on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Iif it is in iPhone, make sure &lt;STRONG&gt;Turn in this line&lt;/STRONG&gt; is toggle on and set as &lt;STRONG&gt;Primary&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Then &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Network Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the phone once and try making calls again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If still unable to make calls&lt;/STRONG&gt; or the sim not even connected to PM network, please engage support and ask them to re-provision the sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Private message CS Agent at:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;EM&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Just ported a number in …NO issues. Had a problem with the number registering on iMessage and FaceTime that was NOT a PM issue. They helped me with it though as did Apple.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
