Were bill payment worked before?&lt;BR /&gt;Check you PM account to confirm service is active and what plan you subscribe to.&lt;BR /&gt;Do a hard reboot of your phone and check again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything fails open a ticket through chatbot. If yes to app have you tried rebooting the phone ? And finally do you have eSIM or physical SiM . If eSIM check sim manger&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;in phone settings and ensure the eSIM is enabled . . And remove old sim .
