    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been getting a issue where the 2FA number associated with my account is some completly unknown number. I've had this issue since I made my Public account however it used to let me bypass it by using my email as a 2FA method. This was strange at the time as I made a brand new account when I activated the service and did not manually put a 2FA number in.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way I am able to change the 2FA number at all or have any access to my account as I am currently signed out. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/629176"&gt;@Poontyhome&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, you can update the 2FA back to the correct phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;login My Account first (I assume you can still receive 2FA via email).&amp;nbsp; Then go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Profile &amp;gt; Manage EverSafe ID&lt;/STRONG&gt; and update the phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What's probably happened is when the account was set up, it was set up on a temporary number and it's going to that. To change the number it goes to is super easy. Just log in, then click on this direct link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu" target="_blank"&gt;https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the arrow at the far right to where the number shows there and then the next page, change the number. Easy as that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
