mobile data works? if it is, you can download TextNow and make calls using it for now

as to calls, try reboot the phone and it should work again, common glitch

but which province you are all? some province needs to add E911 fees on top, some are free

for topping up the voucher, you don't need your 4 digits pin, top-up only needs your voucher pin, not your 4 digits account PIN

I'm having the absolute worst time with this company right now. I bought a $40 voucher and a $5 voucher( vouchers hard to find now days) just to make sure I had enough. As I couldn't remember if my balance needed was exactly $40 or more with the tax and all. $40 voucher went in okay. I thought my phone was back in service. The message said if that was the only reason I was calling, go ahead and hang up. It's not working , when I make a phone call a recording says. I need a booster. The $5 voucher for whatever reason cannot be processed. For some **bleep** reason my four digit PIN is not working, or can't remember so I can't use a credit card to add on. To top it off I can't sign in online either. As it tells me there is some kind of security issue and I can't be signed in. I submitted a ticket but no doubt I'll be waiting a couple of days before I have a phone working again. The perfect Storm right on Christmas. As my car insurance just ran out as well so I can't get around to do my last minute shopping, go see my kids or get a hold of anybody for a ride. my plan isn't supposed to run out until the end of the night tonight the 24th. As stated by the recording. Yet it hasn't been working since the afternoon of the 23rd sometime.
