Just a couple days ago, I subscribed to a $35 with 20GB plan using a promocode to get it down to $30. And just today, the plans changed from $35 with 20GB to $35 with 75GB and I cannot use the promocode anymore, which is kind of unfair that there is no compensation. I even tried to submit a ticket and tried to get an agent over the phone, but either met with error or there is no option. If I change plan, how long would I even get to keep the same price for?

I can't say for sure, but you can log into your account and see if that plan is an option. If it is, do NOT change it now. Change it for renewal and it will start after the current 30 days is up. If it's not there, then click on the bot down below and create a ticket and ask a customer service agent if they can switch it. This IS the time of year for giving. 🙂

In case the chatbot doesn't work.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Coruana

if you want to upgrade from $35 ($30) / 20GB's to $35 / 75GB's. log in to your account and select the plan you want but opt for Change on Renewal. That way your current plan runs until it's renewal date, then the new plan will be yours. That's actually a decent upgrade ...$5 more for 50 GB's more data. Merry Christmas !!

added...if you do change plans. you'll lose the $5 / 30 day promo.
