      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you download the Public Mobile app to your brand new iPhone pro max?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If did clear the app cache, uninstall it and install again and go to Account and purchase the eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
