Move the SIM from their phone and into yours but remember to reboot your phone after you put the SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, logout of your account on their phone. You can manage your account on the PM app or website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I can't Activate my sim card. The app is only allowing esim activation. I have not activated the esim. I see no other options for activation of a physical sim card in the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try uninstall and reinstall the app after a device reboot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still don't see the option, try start the activation using the web browser and use another email address to setup a second&amp;nbsp; account.&amp;nbsp; But remember, after payment step, you will still need to use the app to complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
