    <description>&lt;P&gt;My subscription is on, but I got a different notification under the reward section. The due is tomorrow. Should I submit a ticket to fix? I don't want to lose service on holidays.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( I was trying to unsubscribe to see if I could get extra discount, but resubscribed. It happened only in few minutes.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/499092"&gt;@SuperS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have Autopay enabled, you don't have to worry about the subscription ON HOLD status.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is usually like that couple hours before renewal time and will still be like that couple hours after renewal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If today is the last day of the current cycle and the renewal date is Dec 24th, your account status will change back to Active around 8AM ET&amp;nbsp; as long as payment goes through successfully&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the explanation. : ) I have never checked the app before renewal. I thought it was a mistake that the system did not know I resubscribed. The notification scared me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
