5B1 error code

I need help, trying to call a family member phone number, but keep getting a 5B1 error code saying they're not equipped with calling, except they are. Please resolve for me.

Do you know if your family member's plan was set for renewal today? If a customer's plan gets suspended after a failed plan renewal, this customer wouldn't be able to use the service. Other times, these error messages happen randomly and sometimes, trying to call again will allow the call to go through (although I'm sure that you're tried multiple times already).

Did you get any luck with this? I'm calling a company internationally that has multiple numbers and none of them will work. Did you get any work??
