Switching plans and keeping $5 monthly credit

Hi everyone,

I recently subscribed to the $40 / 70GB plan and I also received a $5 monthly credit for 24 months. I’m now seeing a new $40/100GB plan available.

If I switch from my current plan to the new $40/100GB plan, will I lose my $5 monthly credit, or will it continue for the remaining months?

@Anto1996 Generally speaking, when you change plans away from the promotion, you lose the promotion.

did you sign up with an offer that included a $5 credit...what does the terms of that offer state ? Most times, those credits only work for the plan you signed up for...but look into the terms of the offer. I think the $5 credit offer will likely go away when you change plans...but check into it.

You better ask agent for this.

Only add-ons, PM gifts and available funds will stay on your account after changing plans. Any promos or offers could be gone.
