    <description>&lt;P&gt;I get that you guys wanna save money and you don’t wanna have the ability to speak to a person live, but that’s super annoying. My data reset the other day and then overnight apparently used up all 6 gigs and I didn’t do a single thing I didn’t use my phone I didn’t listen to music so I need to figure out what happened but I feel like that’s gonna be very difficult to do because I can’t speak to anybody so I guess I’m gonna put a message in here and hopefully somebody gets back to me cause right now I’m without data so we’ll see how this goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, Public Mobile's service is through private messages and this Community.&amp;nbsp; It can be difficult through this method. But, you'd have to decide if you stick with them or go to another provider that provides live chat and phone interactions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But have you reviewed your usage data? On the website it's on the Overview page,&amp;nbsp; Usage Breakdown.&amp;nbsp; You can filter out and try to determine where data went.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But reboot your phone and see if that will help to reset it if you didn't use any.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will need to go to the higher priced top tier (Telus, Bell or Rogers) or mid-tier (Koodo, Virgin or Fido).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lower tier like PM, Lucky or Chatr are done through dm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
