when you activated your account, you needed to supply a valid payment card for future renewals. Has your payment card changed recently ?

No I just didn’t have the funding in when it tried coming out but it’s in there now

If your account is suspended for nonpayment then you need to make a manual payment by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone.

You can use the CC on file or vouchers.

If your account is suspended, when you sign in, it should appear right away saying to pay now and resume services.

Or call *611 and pay.

It didn’t do that for me I’m not sure why and when I call 611 it tells me that my 4 digit pin was wrong when it’s not
