After his last regular plan renewal failed, he has 90 days grace in which to pay and resume service. After 90 days, the account is actually D&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;eactivated&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; and he'd need a new sim to start a new account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
