      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact the customer support chat and ask them to reinitiate the transfer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;double check your account number from your previous carrier and make sure your previous sim is still in the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
