Could you please an access to a cheaper plan. I would like to change my plan to 20 dollar per month. but in my subscription change option, 20 plan is not available.

Could you please make it available for me?

Public Mobile doesn't allow you to go backwards on plans

Public Mobile makes it difficult — but not impossible — to downgrade to cheaper plans. That said, you’ll never be given the option to switch to an entry level plan as those are intended for new subscribers

Did you login to your account then click on Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There might be a $19 plan available for you in your account. If it is not in your account then you are not eligible for this plan.
