      <description>&lt;P&gt;So you changed the plan that you had mid cycle? If that's what you did then yes, you would be charged for the old plan and for the new plan as there are no credits or refunds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or did you activate a new account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
