    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/627203"&gt;@Eather&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;this is a device issue.&amp;nbsp; The text messages are saved on the device itself and it is there regardless which mobile provider sim you have.&amp;nbsp; So, transferring to PM would not have deleted your messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a different phone number z you need to manually backup from the old phone and restore onto the new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using the same phone, you could have deleted the Messaging app data by mistake&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
