      <title>can not make a 1-800 call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since I returned from the USA I can not make a 1-800 call. It tells me that my call did not go through to hang up and try my call again. I tried restarting my phone and toggling airplane mode off and on and off again and the problem still persists. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
