      <title>Fail to activate eSim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;newly registered, guided by the public mobile app to register a new eSim, however it end up with error. It has something in my eSim but without mobile no. Therefore I removed the eSim and tried to scan the QR code in my welcoming email, but it said "fail to register, contact your provider".&amp;nbsp; How can I register the eSim now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
