    <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password and the phone keeps sending my code to an old number that has been changed.&amp;nbsp; I cannot receive passcode and I do not receive it by email either.&amp;nbsp; I need an admin to contact me to get through this.&amp;nbsp; I opened a new community account, but my phone service does not appear there.&amp;nbsp; This is a simple fix if the right tech would directly contact me or send me to a store.&amp;nbsp; My alternative is to cancel the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
