    <description>&lt;P&gt;When attempting to dial i get a failure notification.&amp;nbsp; This has just started to happen as well a friend of mine that I recommended was has similar issues with toll free numbers.&amp;nbsp; The number does work as I tried with another phone.&amp;nbsp; It is (800) 601-8072.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank to all.&amp;nbsp; The solution was a reset needed to be done which also was required with a friend's phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
