    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I want to switch to the $34 plan with 60 GB data and unlimited data at reduced speed. The concern I have is that when you click on "&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":information:"&gt;ℹ️&lt;/span&gt; Learn More" it omits the line referring to unlimited data at reduced speed (under the heading of "What's Included".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently on a plan that's not currently available so if i switch and find out that it doesn't have the unlimited data included, I can't switch back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get real humans to fix the error on the site and/or assure me that it is included and that it's safe to switch? This feature it THE ONLY advantage for me switching.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks! (Edit: I Tried to attach photo of the issue on the site that were taken today, Dec16/25 but doesn't appear to be attaching them.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
