Referral promo not applied

Hi,

I gave referral codes to two people to sign up. They received the referral promo ($10 each), but I did not get it. The website indicated that each of us can get $10 per referral, so I was expecting $20.

I would greatly appreciate if you could help me with this problem.

Since you can log into your account, use the chatbot in the bottom right corner to create a ticket to a customer service rep.

How long ago did they sign up? You checked your Available Funds on the main page? That's where you would find the bonus credit.

Also, did your account renew yet? You would have 1 point listed for each of your referral.

Check the My Referral section they would show up there.

The $10 credit for your friends and you will receive a onetime $10 & 1 point/month is a limited time offer from September 17 to October 6/25.
If your friends joined PM after October 6, your friends will receive the $10 credit and you will receive 1 point/month.
