      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new iphone and cannot access the Public Mobile Network.&amp;nbsp; I was previously with koodoo.&amp;nbsp; The sim that is in my phone shows Koodoo.&amp;nbsp; When I swtiched over i did not switch the sim.&amp;nbsp; I think i need a new esim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp; Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you replied, it will take up to 2 hours to complete the porting and the Koodo SIM will continue to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your new iPhone is an iPhone 17, y&lt;SPAN&gt;ou will need an eSIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But if it is an iPhone 16 or older…just pop the SIM from the old phone to the new iPhone and reboot your iPhone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
