Transferring E Sim

Hello! I got a new phone and I need to transfer my ESim from the old one to the new one. How do I do this? The phone mentioned that I needed a QR code, how do I go about obtaining this?

@vdias77 Sorry you can’t transfer eSIM , instead you need to download public mobile app on new phone log in and rebuy esim , they system should recognize that your a eSIM user already and at check out cost nothing as eSIM should only need to be paid for once , but in the rare case you do get charged extra $5 just message support and they will fix for you

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
