      <description>&lt;P&gt;Removed old physical SIM card and worked. Do I need data turned on to sent text messages? I can’t seem to send them without it turned on&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/625364"&gt;@csande1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sending iMessage or RCS, then you need Mobile data or Wi-Fi on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sending MMS, you need Mobile data in (turning only Wi-Fi on won't work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sending SMS, then it will work without data or Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
