Esim not compatible

My Motorola phone is stuck in the authorization step of subscribing, telling me my 'your phone is not esim compatible.'

AI support tells me to login on this site and edit my essim card number but when I login there is no option to do that. The site prompts me to complete my subscription first, looping back to the esim incompatibility.

The 'contact us' ' link has me login on this site followed by an authorisation page that refuses to load. I'm using Google Chrome and accepting cookies if that's relevant.

Is there some way to edit sim information or roll back the subscription process I'm missing?

hi @Skruntoo

were you using the PM app to subscribe? you need to use the PM app if you want to activate a PM account.

if you already used the PM app and really cannot get through that step, please ask PM support agent to check and help

Good afternoon, I have a new issue I'm trying to get through I'm not able to open a ticket because it goes directly to the bot. Use the browser to login Community first., the paste the link and you will see the message CS agent sent you
