I triple checked when I typed in the emei number during transfer, but after the port out you said it was wrong.

Waiting for a callback, 90 minute window is expiring.

@marktigges are you porting into PM or out?

And regardless port in or out. Always use account number and not IMEI. IMEI always give error

In case you are porting in, I have sent you PM porting support number for you to call and sort it out

Using IMEI doesn't always fail. The vast majority of the time, it works fine. There are also some cases of porting from certain brands that the customer is supposed to use IMEI. While it's true that account number should be used most times, it shouldn't always be used.
