      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295690"&gt;@Jespo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you PM's customer?&amp;nbsp; when you joined, the account is set to have Autopay enabled, that's why it will top up automatically&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't want to autopay anymore, you need to disable Autopay manually yourself.&amp;nbsp; You didn't do it, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
