      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to see anything when open the link. The screen just shows the solutions that might help which is not helpful and there’s no way to contact an agent. Is there a way to receive an eSIM at this point?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @ Viktoriia4,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the SIM card hasn't arrived yet, you can buy one from a nearby store or online from Amazon, and we will apply a credit equal to the value of the SIM after activation. You just need to send us a picture of the receipt. Amazon does offer prime shipping for $5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
