      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have purchased a subscription plan and sim on December 3, but haven't received the sim yet. I was told that I would be receiving it within 4 business days. Kindly provide details on delivery and also whether my subscription will be active during these times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
