      <title>Why won't my phone accept call forwarding anymore?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this number to have as a work phone, it worked until yesterday and today, now when my work tries to send the call forwarding to my phone number, they recoevw only a busy signal.&amp;nbsp; The phone number itself accepts phone calls from other numbers without issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/585046"&gt;@RhiannonGeorge&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And try the PM sim card on another phone and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; And if you have another sim card, try it on that Galaxy S10 as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
