      <description>&lt;P&gt;1, mobile data is "ON" in setting, but there is a question&amp;nbsp;mark on signal icon, indicating 'NO Internet Access".&amp;nbsp; and i have confirmed i have an active plan with&amp;nbsp;available data 1G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2, Can you help me to solve the data issue (data can't be used), please?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;this is i&amp;nbsp;searched in google" carrier can reset my account and reset my SIM card remotely, which should restore my internet access".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;3, when i turn off wifi, there is no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;i can send/receive message, call/receive phone, but can't use data, no internet (data used is 0 now).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;in setting, mobile&amp;nbsp;data is "ON".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;4, my name: BING xx my phone number: 437-xxx-xxxx. my email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. my account number:1000-000-xxxx-xxxx&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Edit by Dunkman: removed personal information&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
