How long does it usually take to hear back from a CSA? I am trying to unlock my sim card, I have already sent a ticket. It's been a few hours and it's during business hours.

usually within an hour you will get an initial reply and they will start asking you with some verification questions, then another hour after for actual reply. For most my questions, it is usually all set within like 4 to 6 hours

i suggest you to message them again for update
