      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im on my new Samsung s23 5g and the standard messaging isn't working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its asking me to use sms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And data is very slow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is this happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My data is 50gb and im in a big town&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/301324"&gt;@Karyathena1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I assume you mean that RCS is not working and you are given the option to use SMS instead.&amp;nbsp; RCS will not work without a data/WiFi connection.&amp;nbsp; How is the reception on your phone?&amp;nbsp; If it is decent, then data performance should be fine.&amp;nbsp; Maybe the local tower is having issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
