      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've submitted a ticket and the customer support didn't help me at all the kept asking me what can I help you with I kept explaining my situation over and over and they dont help. I cant believe they dont have a phone number at all. This my situation. I've been unable to pay my bill for my previous account for a year now and someone stole my phone so I dont have my email anymore because I have to login with my phone number. To login to public you need your email or phone number. So I'm locked out. I have a new account and I want to get my old number transferred to this new account. I know my password and everything just dont have the email or phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Usually the phone number returns back to the original carrier. Did you try calling the original number?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rogers I just called them and they say they dont have it in their database and said public probably suspended my account. I need to contact them. I have they're not helping! Public says its not in their database I should've never came to public.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
