    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I'm on canada , usa &amp;amp; mexico plan my cell data is not working now that i'm in mexico. I tried all the fixes on my iPhone 13 data roaming is on. What can you do to get it working .This phone worked last spring in mexico.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows Tecel as the carrier, but gives me no access to data and can't call out on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/320952"&gt;@Sues&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you enabled the Roaming Mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And these are PM's roaming partners in Mexico.&amp;nbsp; Change the network to manual and try each of them:&lt;BR /&gt;ALTAN, AT&amp;amp;T, AT&amp;amp;T Nextel, Telcel, Telefonica&lt;/P&gt;</description>
