Select your new plan and finally take a new number. Once your new plan is up and running as expected...then you can initiate transfer of your rogers number to your new Public Mobile account. Once transfer is done successfully, your rogers account is automatically deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/624248"&gt;@Lousez&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DO NOT cancel your Rogers account if you want to port your phone number into PM.&amp;nbsp; Your account must be active to port, it will be closed when port is done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you now the Rogers account number.&amp;nbsp; Then use the PM app to subscribe.&amp;nbsp; After payment step, you will be at the step to choose to bring in your number.&amp;nbsp; Enter the phone number and the Rogers account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and make sure you keep the Roges sim in the phone as Roges will then send you a text and you need to reply Yes to approve the port&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AFter you replied yes, wait 2 hours and put the PM sim card in the phone and it should be done&lt;/P&gt;</description>
