      <title>Need Help with New Subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Transferred from Telus to public mobile yesterday and now the phone is not working. We used a physical SIM card and got to use the phone for one day and now it is not working. It says there is no active Sim card. And we did answer yes within 90 minutes to do the transfer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
