I want to register for a new subscription but using a previous SIM card I already have with public mobile. When I enter the digits of my SIM card it says it’s invalid. How do I fix this issue?

It will list all plans you are eligible to change to if your current account is active.

If you want to open a second account. You will need a new SIM and you need to use a different email address then your first account.

@Llami

As mentioned, previously used physical SIM cards can't be used again.

Check your phone to see whether it is eSIM compatible. Then you can immediately download the PM app and follow activation steps to activate and install eSIM and plan.

Otherwise, with PM website, it will take about 10 business for new physical SIM card to arrive. You could buy in person at Telus and Koodo corporate stores. Amazon also sells via prime shipping for about $5.
