first , remove your personal info, this is just a Community of customer

PM is a prepaid carrier with no refund usually. But if your plan was not fully activated, then PM support agent usually able to help. Please check with them, you can submit ticket by direct message:

you put soooo much personal info in a public forum ...you should edit it out asap. Tap the v in a circle, top right side of your post to edit that out.

Tried to go to settings to edit it and remove content and will not let me. Does not give me the option to edit. Did send a private message to support thank you. Marked message as inappropriate and asked to have it removed as I am unable to remove it or delete it myself.

For future reference...you can edit your original post by tapping on the v in the little circle on top right side of your original post. Looks like an oracle has done it for you this time.
