    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/403179"&gt;@Cherrilly&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have download the PM app on your new phone. &amp;nbsp;Login into your PM account. &amp;nbsp;Then purchase a eSIM and the PM app will install new eSIM on your new phone (with the same number, etc)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like that you have created a new PM account/plan. &amp;nbsp;You will need to contact customer service agent to fix that issue. &amp;nbsp;Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a service ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have a Public Physical sim. I bought a new Iphone and trying to get an esim. When I logged into the Public app&amp;nbsp; I thought I was following the prompts for an Esim. But for some reason was able to purchase a new subscription, or a new Sim. All I want is to activate my physical Sim into an esim. But the instructions are so unclear. And I think I messed this up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
